Child Care Initiative: Institutional Mapping of Child Care Actors

This resource aims to identify key actors who might be influential in the field of child care. It aims, in particular, to explore their positions in respect of child care in relation to women in informal employment.

 

The focus on women reflects the facts that women are, in general, more likely than men to be in informal employment, and that women – around the globe – do the bulk of paid and unpaid caring for children both in the home and elsewhere.
