Building collective power is the combined efforts, resources and connections of workers, organizations and their wider networks.

The systemic injustices that workers in informal employment face can only be dismantled with sustained, coordinated efforts and a strong vision for a different world.

This vision is critical to break the cycle of poverty, and to strive for better working conditions and social justice – where workers in informal employment are recognized as people who have found a way of working and surviving in an exclusionary system.
