American Declaration on the Rights and Duties of Man

This document contains the founding rights of OAS. These include the right to life, liberty, and personal security, equality before the law , the right to work and to fair remuneration, the right to social security, the right of assembly and association, the right of petition (Article 24), and the right to due process. It also enumerates a number of individual duties, including the duty to pay taxes and the duty to work.
