This case study documents negotiations between the Trade Union of Georgian Automobile Transport and Highways Workers and the municipalities of Batumi, Rustavi and Tbilisi. The role of the private companies that operate and manage municipal transport is also examined.

This case study is one in a set of five case studies examining collective bargaining by informal workers.
