Convention on the elimination of al forms of discrimination against women (CEDAW)

By United Nations on December 01, 1979

This United Nations Convention incorporates the principle of equality of men and women. It establishes that all member states must abolish all discriminatory laws and adopt appropriate ones prohibiting discrimination against women.
