This guide explains the OECD Guidelines for Multi-National Enterprises (MNEs), the MNEs’ responsibilities to workers in their supply chains; the provisions that relate specifically to homeworkers; and how the complaints process works.

It also suggests how membership-based organizations (MBOs) of homeworkers might use the OECD Guidance as part of their advocacy strategies to secure decent work for homeworkers.
