This United Nation's International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights recognises a number of key rights. The rights embodied in the Covenant include the right to work, the right to decent working conditions, a decent living, formation of trade unions, collective bargaining, social security, adequate food, adequate clothing, adequate housing.
