The objective of this Labour Policy document is to ensure the protection of the rights of workers ensure a harmonious working relationship between workers and employers for improving performance and efficiency of the industry and its divided into four parts; a Legal Frame Work, Advocacy: Rights of Workers and Employers, Skill Development and Employment; and Manpower Export.
