L’Institut syndical européen (European Trade Union Institute, ETUI) est le centre indépendant de recherche et de formation de la Confédération européenne des syndicats (CES), qui regroupe elle-même les organisations syndicales d’Europe. L’ETUI met ses compétences - acquises notamment dans le cadre de ses réseaux académiques, universitaires et d’experts – au service de la défense des intérêts des travailleurs au niveau européen et au renforcement du volet social de l’Union européenne.
