Migration for Employment Convention (Revised), 1949 (No. 97)

This Convention provides a number of measures that member states should take in order to safeguard the rights of migrant workers. It includes adequate provision of medical services. It further provides that migrant workers should not be treated less favourable than nationals at law and specifically in remuneration, collective bargaining, accommodation and accesses to social security.
