This booklet was created to help domestic workers, advocates and organizers prepare for debate on the Convention for Domestic Workers' rights at the International Labour Conference in June 2011. The convention was ultimately adopted; however, the guide continues to provide value, as it outlines the arguments/challenges typically presented by authorities and includes responses advocates and workers can use to counter those arguments.
