WIEGO Presentation to the Plenary Session of the International Labour Conference 2016

In the context of the Discussion on Decent Work in Global Supply Chains at the International Labour Conference 2016, Zehra Khan of the Home-Based Women Worker's Federation of Pakistan spoke during the ILC plenary session as a representative of WIEGO. During her speech, Zehra spoke about the experience of homeworkers in supply chains, their struggle for recognition, their demands and importance of promoting ILO Convention C177 on Home Work as a key labour standard for realizing worker rights.
