Federico Parra, WIEGO Latin American Waste Picker Coordinator, attended this event. He presented on a panel, Public Services and Infrastructure in the Neo-Liberal City.

Federico’s presentation was based on his work in with waste pickers in Bogota and their inclusion in the city’s solid waste management system.
