The report presents the findings on the characteristics, employment relationships and labour conditions of the sub-contracted men and women workers in the lowest tiers of the IKEA rattan supply chain. It also discusses the recommendations on how to strengthen labour standards compliance in the supply chain in order to benefit both employers and workers.
