Carmen was born in Guatemala and raised in The Netherlands. After eleven years working at the Dutch Embassy in Guatemala and Chile, she began working as an associated consultant to carry out evaluations the Outcome Harvesting methodology. Trained by her father, Ricardo Wilson-Grau who developed Outcome Harvesting, she has specialized during the past 5 years in Outcome Harvesting supporting social change organizations and donors, such as Save the Children, Ford Foundation and HIVOS, to assess and learn from their work. During this period, she also worked two years at CARE Guatemala, as Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist, where she trained and coached staff in the use of Outcome Harvesting in their monitoring and evaluation. Besides her role within WIEGO, Carmen maintains her work as independent OH consultant. Carmen is based in Guatemala and is one of the Outcome Harvesting Community facilitators.
