Laura Raquel Morillo Santa Cruz

Laura works as WIEGO’s ORP Coordinator of Cross-sector work and Liaison with ILO. Her commitment to improve people´s working and living conditions motivated her to focus on labour issues. Since 2012, she has been supporting global networking among home-based workers organizations, especially organizations from Latin America, and also collaborating with organizations of workers in the informal economy. Laura was born in Peru and is based in Germany. She holds a Law Degree and a Diploma in Political Science and Governance from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and a MA in Labour Policies and Globalisation from the Global Labour University (GLU), the University of Kassel, and the Berlin School of Economics and Law.
