Rhiana Chinapen

Rhiana is a documentary filmmaker providing multimedia communications support to the WIEGO team and network from Ottawa, Canada. With experience in scripting, filming and editing, she helps capture and share the stories and expertise of the informal workers’ movement, both amongst workers, and to global audiences. Rhiana holds a BA in International Relations and Political Science from the University of Western Ontario, and an MA in Communication from Carleton University. She studied filmmaking at SAW Video, an artist-run media art centre.
