Sofia Trevino

Sofia is a development consultant with over 15 years of experience in organizational development, communications, and fundraising. Ms. Trevino has successfully designed programmes, raised funds for international development projects, and has over eight years experience in programme management, strategy, delivery, and reporting. Originally from Monterrey, Mexico, Sofia immigrated to Canada after graduating with a MA from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs where she specialized in development studies. Ms. Trevino is currently WIEGO’s Programme Support Unit Manager and Latin America’s Regional Facilitator for the International Domestic Workers Federation. For both clients, Sofia provides diverse services in project controls and strategic communications planning.
