Taluah Girard

An island girl with a passion for words and an effervescent personality, Taluah lives on beautiful Saint Lucia in the Caribbean. Fluent in French, Spanish and English, her native tongue, her qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Project Management (2014) from the University for International Co-operation, Costa Rica and a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Modern Languages and Business with a concentration in Tourism and the Environment (2009) which she received from the Université de Franche-Comté, Besancon, France. Over the past ten years, Taluah has worked in the field of Marketing and Communications across various sectors, interacting with diverse stakeholders while developing exciting media campaigns, creating targeted communications and advocacy strategies, helping to build brands and implementing projects. A mother’s girl at heart, Taluah credits her mother Renee Girard for her organizational qualities and work ethic. Taluah joined WIEGO in August 2018 and currently serves as the Creative Development Manager.
