Industrialization with the introduction of newly developed technologies plays an important role for development of a country. Building construction is the basic of industrial developments. In India it is one of the fastest growing industries with an annual growth of 10%. It has wide range of activities with employment of a substantial number of workers. They are mainly working in informal/unorganised sector.
