The Simplified Trade Agreement (STR) is aimed at simplifying the trade process of clearing goods by informal-cross-border traders. The STR introduces a simplified certificate of origin, a list of goods that can use the STR, a simplified customs document and a help desk with a Trade Information Office to assist.
