National Small Business Amendment Act, 2004

This document contains amendments to the National Small Business Act, 1996, so as to repeal all provisions pertaining to Ntsika Enterprise Promotion Agency; to provide for the establishment of the Small Enterprise development Agency; to make provision for the incorporation of the Ntsika Enterprise Promotion Agency, the National Manufacturing Advisory Centre and any other designated institution into the Agency to be established and to provide for the necessary transitional arrangements to this effect.
