The Sikkim Tenants and Domestic Professional Helps Act, 2008

This Act, provides for compulsory reporting and verification of tenants and domestic and professional helps in the State of Sikkim and requires house owners to report tenancy of domestic workers and professional helps and to report employment and apply for verification.
