Township Act Subsidiary Legislation

This document is a subsidiary regulation of the Township Act and it outlines the the regulations, rules, by-laws and codes on the establishment of cities, townships and town councils in different parts of Botswana, as well as the by-laws that regulate activities in these areas- which includes hawking and street vending regulations.
